Clermont is a western suburb of Orlando in Lake County, Florida. The current population for Clermont is 22,097 at a 2006 census, making it the largest city in Lake County, Florida. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago. It is part of the OrlandoKissimmeeMetropolitan Statistical Area.
Davenport is located in the north east section of Polk County. Davenport area is rapidly developing due to its close proximity to Walt Disney World and other major tourist attractions.
